5 CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Returns differ between respective manufacturers and are subject to restocking charges. Please contact us for details before arranging any returns. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in pristine condition including all original packaging. If the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made, therefore we strongly suggest that the goods are fully packaged and insured, and sent to:-

We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
Special Orders, The Company cannot accept cancellation of any Special Orders
Special Orders are non refundable
Deposits are non-refundable
Ex-display items are sold as seen and are non-refundable
B-Grade Items are non returnable

5.1 Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to return the Goods to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including reasonable delivery costs, if applicable) plus any reasonable return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. Goods will only be replaced once we receive the defective or damaged Goods back.

5.2 Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

5.3 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault or whilst in transit from the Buyer to the seller the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

5.4 Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made. The Buyer shall receive a refund of monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation.

5.5 The delivery of the Goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period; therefore any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the Goods to you.
